When we refund
- The PDF fails: if the full PDF can't be created from your export, is missing messages that are in the export file, or is unreadable, you get a full refund.
- Duplicate charge: if you were charged twice for the same chat, we refund the duplicate.
How to ask
Email support@esfacilon.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number (it is on the Creem receipt email) and a short description of the problem (please don't send your chat). We reply within 3 business days. Refunds are issued through Creem, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded purchase no longer unlocks new full PDFs.
Not covered
Messages that WhatsApp itself left out of the export (for example because of its export limits) aren't a failure of the PDF. Neither is the decision of a court or authority about evidence.
