WhatsApp has no print button. Printing screenshots one by one wastes paper and drops context. The clean way is export → PDF → print.
Step 1: export the chat
iPhone: chat → tap the name → Export Chat. Android: chat → ⋮ → More → Export chat. Choose with or without media.
Step 2: make a print-ready PDF
Load the export into Charlario. You get A4 pages with chat bubbles, sender names, times, a divider for each day and a cover page listing participants and the date range.
Step 3: print
- iPhone: open the PDF → Share → Print (AirPrint printers).
- Android: open the PDF → ⋮ → Print, or save it to Drive and print from a computer.
- Copy shop: send the PDF by email or USB. It prints the same on any printer.
Saving paper
- Export without media if you only need the text.
- Print double-sided. A long chat can run to hundreds of pages, so check the page count first.
